I love when kids get bored in the summer because they come up with the most creative ways to keep themselves entertained!  Absolutely everything (hair, make-up, accessories) was created by Noelle.  She had the awesome idea to dress-up as Elsa for kids’ birthdays, starting out at just $25/hour.  So… if you know of anyone having a Frozen birthday who would like to have a super friendly Elsa make their kids feel super special, let us know! *We just bought her her very own Elsa dress.
