More than anything in the world, Noelle loves fashion and modeling!  That’s all she wants to do, which is complicated when you are 6 and need an outlet for that expression.  She doesn’t fit in the box of soccer, dance, team sports… she likes doing her own thing; putting outfits together, showing off her creations… we’ll see what sticks, but for now, we are going to let Noelle try a little bit of everything.  She’s a neat little kid and it will be fun helping her find her niche.  Love you, sweet Noelle!

Noelle’s friend Bailey, sent these beautiful flowers to her for her birthday, along with this pink diamond, a huge hit with Noelle!

This was the best idea ever to send flowers to a little girl.  I would’ve never let her play with flowers that were mine or from an adult even.  But from one kid to another, when she got one out to start role playing with Anna Kate, I had to let her, because they were a gift to her to do with what she wanted.

And they had the most fun you could ever imagine.  A rose makes everything more magical!

After dancing, Noelle and Anna Kate pretended to get married.

Anna Kate was the groom and she had a boutonniere tucked in the ruffle of her gown, and Noelle was the bride!  Flowers were more interactive and fun than I ever thought they could be, so moms, if your kids ever get flowers, please let them play with them.  I promise you won’t regret it!

Thank you, Christian family!!!  This was the most thoughtful gift ever!

Kay Kay and Grandpapa took us to Babe’s to celebrate Noelle’s birthday and Mother’s Day on Saturday night!  We had so much fun and ate lots of great food!!!  They gave Noelle this cute pony purse and some reading flash cards! She loved them!

I love this sweet picture of Noelle and Noemi and Rose has such a cute expression in this picture.  Their eyes are so blue!  I call them my Mike Pond eyes.  And Anna Kate’s chocolate eyes are stunning, as well.  She says, “We match!” and “We are on the same team, Mommy!”  It’s really special for the middle child to have something to call her own!  Bless her heart. 

This was Noemi’s first time to eat at a restaurant.  She did great!  Her blue eyes are awesome too!

Rose is busy busy these days, always looking for the next thing.  I caught this precious smile as Daddy was playing games with her.

Love this sweet 6 year old with all my heart!

Noelle loves doing the chicken dance in front of the whole restaurant!  She’s so cute and really good at it!  She loves all the special attention birthdays bring.  So great to see her having fun!  Love you, babe!

To be quite honest, Noelle had more fun taking these pictures than she did playing soccer… playing soccer this school year was a good try and we all had fun along the way, but Noelle has decided this will be her last season.  She wants to try something new!

I kept clicking and Noelle kept posing.  She is such a little ham and loves being in front of the camera!

Right before we took these pictures was my last time to watch Noelle play soccer, and it was definitely bittersweet!  Next weekend is Anna Kate’s dance recital, so I will miss her last game.  She had an awesome year, and her improvement was amazing!!!  Soccer is definitely something she can come back to if she wants to give it another try down the road!

We are so sad spring soccer is coming to an end.  These girls have played so well together and come so far as a team!

Little sister time!  Anna Kate, Ava, and Carson are going to be soccer stars one day too!  Rose walked up to Gracie’s mom and put her arms up for her to hold her, and the rest is history.  She always does that to people, no matter if she knows them or not.

For the past 3 weeks, Noelle has had a spelling test each Friday, and she’s spelled all the words correctly each week!  We are so proud of her for working so hard!  She can also count to 100!  Go Noelle!

We went to Burger King last week because I got a really good coupon and you know I can’t pass up a good deal, but oh my goodness, it was so dirty!  They have a really neat play land, but everything was just really sticky and gross.  We won’t go back for a really long time, that’s for sure.  But… the kids had a blast and didn’t know the difference!  Oh, and we didn’t see anything weird, lol…

For lunch, we went to The Cheesecake Factory.  The waiter brought the kids out bread and bananas while we were ordering.  Anna Kate looked at Avery’s grandmother and said, “Is this our apple-tizer?”  She’s such a cutie!

Avery is full of spirit and lots of fun!!!
