Chalkin’
August 7th, 2008
Ashley, Noelle, Jamil, & Camron having fun chalking in the driveway!
Silly faces!
The kids always come ring the doorbell and ask if Noelle can come out to play. It’s really cute! Yesterday, Noelle was taking her nap with they came by and Jamil (the boy beside Noelle) said, "Ah man!" They are so sweet!
Happy Birthday, Bailey!
August 6th, 2008
We were in California for Bailey’s 3rd birthday, so we had a special day to celebrate with Amanda and Bailey last week. Happy Birthday, Bailey!
Bailey and Noelle both share a passion for art, so they do lots of creative things together (on and off the stage – haha)!
Noelle is a very privileged friend to get a ride on Bailey’s prized possession – his Harley! Thanks for being such a sweet friend, Bailey! We love you!
"Annie" at the Park!
August 3rd, 2008
Last Friday night, we went to watch "Annie" at Veterans park at dusk. It was so cute! The park staff had all sorts of music and games and after the sun went down, we watched the movie at the amphitheater there. Before the movie, we took some grandparent photos. We had so much fun with Mamma-Kay and Grand-Papa!!!
Last Good-bye!
August 2nd, 2008
The weekend we got home from Cali we had to go to J’ville and say good-bye to the Eberts one last time.
Put out the flags, raise the banner, throw the confetti, Uncle Andy is finished with his ortho boards!!!
Andy was about to come home from taking his big exam in Chicago, and boy was the anticipation building.
Brother Man, Jax, & Drew
Party hats on, we’re ready to celebrate!
Yay! Congratulations, Uncle Andy!
These pictures make me want to cry – we miss you so much already!!!
Last family steak dinner before heading to Japan.
Couldn’t wait for that good ol’ chocolate cake! We have so much to celebrate!
What we’ve been up to…
August 1st, 2008
Last week, I seriously ironed non-stop, except when we went to story time at the library on Tues. and Thurs. and went swimming Friday with Sam, Jillian, & Jamie.
It took us all week, but we finally finished Rikki-Tikki Tavi! Noelle loved listening to her first long book. Mrs. Jacobs, the librarian, has a list of new books she wants Noelle to read. I have been working on bracelets and pictures and am about to feel caught up! Anyway, we are finally getting back into our routine.
*Noelle asked me to take this picture mid-week last week. I made a deal with myself to ground the camera until I was all caught up on pictures, but Noelle was missing saying "Cheese!"
