Yay – the dessert table turned out so cute!  I’ve been planning it all out in my mind, and it is just as cute as I imagined!  I hope everyone liked the treats!

Wedding pictionary created by yours truly.  I think the game was super fun – the girls got pretty competitive!

Jon and Mike worked on a question/answer video game all week long for us.  Mike would ask Jon a question, I would put the video on pause, Heather would guess the answer as well, and we would see how closely they matched up.

I can’t tell you how goofy and funny the whole thing turned out.

Heather said almost the exact answers Jon said – they both even mentioned the fuzzy sweater she was wearing the day they met.  Too cute!  The hearts on her veil were little pieces of advice from all of us.

The bachelorette crew – we had such a great weekend!  Thanks so much to all of the bridesmaids for all of your help.

We went out with the Pond family last night to celebrate Grand Papa’s birthday!  We had a great time together, and Noelle ate her little heart out!

I submitted a photo of Noelle and Poppa Doc to my favorite shoe designer for their grandparents photo contest.  They have emailed back and forth with me for a couple of weeks, getting the pixels and color just right in case we won.  But when the contest was all said and done, we ended up being a close runner-up.  Oh well!  Anyway, thought you guys might like to see Noelle and Poppa Doc on their website.

I was helping Cindy curl Avery’s hair on Saturday for the wedding and accidentally burned my hand.  Noelle has been so interested in my band-aids.  I told her, “Mommy has a bo bo.”  She pointed and said, “Mommy, ouchy!”  We’ve never had an ouchy before – we don’t know where she picked the word up.  Ever so often she’ll come and point and say, “ouchy” just to make sure I still know it’s there.

“Boy Kaden, you’ve grown so much!”  “Wow, Noelle, you have too!”

Does this photo have a story or what?  So Sarah is Kaden’s long time girlfriend.  Kaden met Noelle last spring and the deal was if he made good grades for the rest of the school year, he got to dance with Noelle at the reception.  So at the rehearsal, we agreed that he could dance with her because he made “some” A’s.  Sarah over heard, put her hands on her hips and said, “How old is this Miss Noelle?”  She’s got her man on a tight leash.  Doesn’t she look like a little firecracker?  I had more fun with these two great kiddos!
