The first night we were in J\u2019ville, we went out to the Family Center to play and talk about my grandparents.  Noelle has been really interested in why my Granny isn\u2019t with us, so it seemed appropriate to bring her to visit Granny and Pawpaw\u2019s grave.<\/p>\n

Anna Kate loved the fresh East Texas air! <\/p>\n

Noelle thought Granny was in the flowers.  She kept hugging and talking to them.  I heard her say, \u201cSo long, Granny\u201d to the flowers.  She\u2019s a special little girl. <\/p>\n

When Mike saw this picture, he said they look like they are posed on a fancy car, rather than a tombstone.  :)  First of all, they posed themselves, and secondly, I admit, it is a little odd, but so perfect too.<\/p>\n

Anna Kate was in the middle of saying \u201cCHEESE!\u201d really loudly and Noelle told me she was showing Granny her ballet.  This night was really sweet and spontaneous!  I\u2019m really glad we did this, and I\u2019m sure Granny is tickled pink! <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
