This is how we camp out, urban style, lol!  Noelle is 7, Anna Kate is 4, and Rose is 2.<\/p>\n

Can anyone spot the lizard in the picture with the girls?  I saw it in the lens but didn\u2019t tell them because they would have freaked out, lol!  Noelle took this sweet picture of Mike and me!  She even asked if she could!  We should let her take our picture together more often!  <\/p>\n

I love Rose\u2019s surprised look at Anna Kate about something in the right picture\u2026 and how zoned out she was in the left pic!  <\/p>\n

The girls are always so excited to see Georgia and Mia!  The girls enjoyed their hot dog picnic supper.  <\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the girls hanging out with some of their friends, and Jameson and Rose being as cute as always!<\/p>\n

Rose and Berkley were also enjoying having a play mate just their size!<\/p>\n

Sweet Hudson (Berkley\u2019s brother) was just chillin\u2019 and in the picture to the right, Daddy was getting kisses from his terrible 2 year old, lol!<\/p>\n

Getting Rose back on track is a fun challenge.  She\u2019s a happy sweet little girl who just happens to be 2 years old right now.<\/p>\n

Noelle wanted a picture of the Pond girls with Daddy to give him on Father\u2019s Day, but this is how it turned out.  Sorry, Noelle!  We tried.  We try to take Rose\u2019s tantrums in stride\u2026 it\u2019s all part of growing up, but you totally forget how hard consistency is with a two-year old until you\u2019re smack dab in the middle of it!  Thank God we have Mike\u2026 he has patience like no other!<\/p>\n

Noelle, Julia and Rose went to \u201ccamp-out\u201d in the Key\u2019s tent!  That\u2019s as close as we\u2019re getting for now.  \"Winking <\/p>\n

I never want to forget how Anna Kate carries around her pretend cell phone in this winter hat tied at the top.  She has the most creative ideas that are so random!  She thinks outside the box like no other kid I\u2019ve ever seen!  Mia is so good being the big girl on our street; she\u2019s always helping the little ones and being a little Momma Mia!<\/p>\n

Rose is happy again\u2026 with a marshmallow from her s\u2019more she wanted to dive into.  I thought it\u2019d be funny to take her picture by this tent, because, like I said, this is as close as we\u2019re getting to camping for a long time!<\/p>\n

Mike was awesome to cook all of our food while I watched the girls play.  It was hot over there; thanks Daddy!<\/p>\n

The big girls played in the Key\u2019s tent for a long time.  They loved it!  I did too because it was easier for me to keep up with everyone, lol!<\/p>\n

The girls enjoyed having fun with the iPad and their super yummy desserts before the big movie got started!<\/p>\n

The girls have so much fun at neighborhood gatherings!  Everyone has someone to play with.  It\u2019s such a blessing!<\/p>\n

Once the movie came on, everyone got cozy with their families (after the children enjoyed watching their shadows on the big screen during the previews).  Anna Kate created her very own \u201cpetting zoo\u201d with water, grass, wood chips, dirt, and snails.  All the kids kept coming over asking her if they could pet her snails.  She took her caretaker of the petting zoo job very seriously, and helped everyone who wanted a turn.  She\u2019s so funny!<\/p>\n

Rose, Katie and Ella got to hang out together for a second while as the movie was getting started!  They are still a little too young to full out play together, but it\u2019s so fun having girls Rose\u2019s age in our neighborhood!<\/p>\n

This was such a great night of family packed action and fun!  Thanks to Chris Jenkins and the social committee for putting on such a fun kick-off to summer party for all of us to enjoy!  It was such a great idea to have an \u201cUrban Campout\u201d even if we weren\u2019t brave enough to stay the night\u2026 just yet!  \"Winking<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
