Well, we just had to go back for one more, and it was so worth it! Ed is such an amazing musician!

Arrived at 3:00 and waited in line to run down to the pit when the stadium doors opened… like a “proper fan” as Ed would say! It was fun to do that this once!

Ed and Mo… I’m normally this dorky, just not so publicly. Smile I was having fun.

Our posters made the cut for the second time this year on Ed’s Instagram. Just feeling a part of it all in a tiny way is so much fun!

Tonight required a selfie! Smile

Ed puts on an awesome show! I know I’ve explained this already, but each 3 minute song on his album takes 6-8 minutes to play live because he builds each part of every song with his loop petal all by himself. He plays a part, then clicks it to repeat itself throughout the song, then plays another part, and another. By the time a song is over, it sounds like 30 musicians are on stage playing all different instruments, but it’s just him up there doing his thing, which makes it so cool! It really is incredible to watch, and I’m not even that musical, I am just in awe of the sheer talent and the way his music makes me feel.

This is what a venue looks like at the end of a concert. So crazy but definitely understandable. When you are smashed together like sardines, no one is getting out to throw anything away. Or if you do, you’re not getting back in!

Last ones standing! We had such a blast tonight! Standing in the masses to watch a concert that close to the stage is pretty physical. We were among the oldest down there, and people were passing out from the heat all around us (Ed was even throwing water from the stage). I really appreciated the moment because we won’t be able to watch concerts from that view forever. It was a really amazing experience and so worth it! I already can’t wait for his next album!
