The Pond family’s needlepoint garland from Poppa and Rara.

Rara spent countless hours making each of her children’s families these needlepoint ornament garlands.  She has little notes on the back of each ornament saying who she made it for.  They are amazing and so very special!  This one on the stairs belongs to John’s family.  I didn’t get a picture of Michele’s because they left before I thought to snap pictures of them while they were so beautifully displayed at Poppa and Rara’s house.  They also have these fancy little LED lights woven throughout the garlands that look incredible at night.  Rara has been working on these for decades, and they were such a labor of love!
