Yuuki, Noelle’s Japanese pen pal, gave her a box full of Hello Kitty things several years ago.  We’ve kept it altogether, and every once in a while, she will ask to get it down, and she’ll play with it all day (I’ve learned it’s more special to designate play time with toys instead of having everything every where at once)!  The box has a dry erase board, a photo book, a blanket in the shape of Hello Kitty, a pillow, and a blanket that snaps that she can wear as a poncho.  Today she wore it as a super girl cape.  It’s perfect… a whole little set-up for Noelle’s favorite thing to do – draw and create!
