So Noelle decided to pass on getting her face painted this time… she looked up at the lady and said, “No…” in the sweetest little voice.

Noelle got in the middle of all these ladies and started dancing to the music they had playing!

One of the ladies was saying, “Drop it like it’s hot girlfriend!”
