We had so much fun dressing up all as a family for Taylor Swift’s 1989 World Tour! We tried really hard to get into Loft89 and even had over 1,200 notes on Tumblr trying to help us get there—Although we didn’t get in, we had a total blast trying!

At the age of 4, Rose has figured out how to be a defender. Another mom pointed out to me that she’s the only one who really gets upset when the other team scores a goal. No one told her to defend the goal, but she is the first to hang back when she sees the ball heading in the wrong direction. It’s so cool to see her understand the game at this age. I hope she keeps loving it!

Of course, having the best coach ever, Coach Trent/Harper’s Daddy, helps her love it even more!

These girls are constantly using their imaginations to create their own worlds of fun! This afternoon, they decided to play spies and detectives. They said they were saving the world from monsters.

A couple of the boys on Anna Kate’s team are in her class. They stuck out their tongue at her (in fun) so she totally stuck it out right back. Oh dear! After I saw her do this through my camera lens, I called her out so fast! She’s the silliest! Makes me laugh now because I’ve been trying to get her to take up for herself all her life… just not like this! Glad she could laugh about it. Younger Anna Kate would’ve cried when they stuck out their tongues first, so for this reason, I feel we’re making progress, lol!
