This is Rose (20 mos) and Anna Kate (3 1/2) all dressed up for story time this week!

These are the only pictures I have of the big girls in the same dresses (lol)… Anna Kate (19 mos) and Noelle (4 1/2), so she was a year older than Anna Kate is now in the pic with Bekah (being silly).

It just seems like a wink ago Clarissa was visiting and we were at the pumpkin patch with my two little girls in their cute yellow cardis while I was pregnant with Rose.  I remember that time so fondly, and I think Anna Kate and Rose are carrying on the cutie pie look of these sweet little Wally World dresses!

Rose and I had a blast meeting Audree Ann on Friday!  She’s so great!!!

She is so beautiful!!!

How is my baby this big!?!  I couldn’t believe it as I was watching Rose and Audree lay side by side comparing their little features… they are such miracles and grow so fast!  Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven and earth with us… we can’t wait for our first play date!  All the girls are standing by… (all 5 of them)!!! 

We had so much fun getting boo’d and boo-ing our neighbors and PTA friends.  These treats went to the Cunninghams, Zillmans, and Montanas.  We had so much fun shopping for our friends and even more fun sneaking up to their doorsteps to drop of their treats, because we were their “Boo Fairies” this year!  I love this fun tradition!

Rose was so proud trying on my rain boots!  Couldn’t go anywhere, but stationary is good for her right now.  I like that idea!  This is a pic of Noelle on the way to her photo shoot in Fort Worth!  🙂

Madison’s mom, Mindy, made some holiday bows for the girls.  She’s amazing!  Madison and Noelle had fun playing with their mustaches while their moms chatted it up!

Rose is strutting her stuff in the first picture I took with my phone.  The next picture was a night Mike went to a concert, and I was home with the girls.  We did make-overs and had the most girlie fun night possible.  Rose felt so pampered, and Noelle had fun with her eyes!

Everyone was calling Rose “The Yellow Rose of Texas” at our cowgirl themed story time this week, and Noelle got an accessory for her Halloween costume as her prize for getting all of her spelling words correct! (that gives you a clue what she’s going to be, lol!)

Silly girl won mustaches in the school treasure chest this week!  She’s having so much fun with those silly things!

Then it was Mommy’s turn for a little fun (okay a lot of fun) at game night this week!

Meggan was so sweet to host (I wish I had a picture with you!), and we ended up just playing a white elephant game to swap out our gifts… which was a blast!

Noelle had fun walking down the streets of the big city the day of her shoot!  There were so many sites and seats (lol, the bus stop) that were new to her.

Anna Kate asked Mike to write “Anna Kate’s World” on a piece of paper.  She then taped it to the craft closet under our stairs.  After it had been up a little while, I walked by and saw that Noelle had added, “Noelle is her sister!”  They are so cute!

We went to princess night at Chickfila on Thursday night, but I haven’t had a chance to work on those pics yet… and my friend Tanna had her baby Audree last night too!!!  So many fun posts coming your way soon!

Noelle was so giddy as we were walking back to the car after her photo shoot!  I asked if she wanted to take some more pictures on the streets of downtown Ft. Worth, and of course she said yes.  These were some of our favorites.  Noelle is so beautiful, on the inside and out!

We were so excited walking up to the Star-Telegram building to shoot Noelle’s ad for Ella Bella!  Be looking for her in the November edition of Indulge magazine!

Noelle was so at home behind the camera.  Even though it’s just for fun, I was super nervous, I don’t know why.  I always get nervous for pictures… but not Noelle.  She was having a blast under those lights flashing her poses left and right!

Here’s a before picture in the dressing room about to get dressed, and here’s Noelle in her cute little outfit Kara picked for the shoot.  I couldn’t use my good camera, so my behind-the-scenes shots aren’t great, but it captured the memory.

Not only was Noelle brave, she was living out a little dream of hers and truly having a BLAST doing it!  I was happy she got to do something she has always wanted to do!  Thanks Ella Bella!!!

This week, Mrs. Paula took the kids to “The Pumpkin Store” otherwise known as Green’s Produce.  Anna Kate had a blast!

Rose is 20 months already… where does the time go!?!  We are learning more and more about who Rose is everyday, and we are loving every minute of it!  She LOVES shoes (surprised she doesn’t have them on in this pic).  Going to her shoe drawer to try on shoes is probably her #1 favorite thing to do!  If she doesn’t have shoes on, she will come to me and say, “I want sho, Mama!” and then when we go pick them out and put them on together.  She always says, “Thank you!”  Thank you is probably the clearest words she says.  She yells it out to waiters, grocery clerks, anyone who interacts with us.  They are surprised to hear a baby talk so well, and she is just grinning from all the attention.  She’s SO sweet and kind! 

She loves to stack bracelets and rubber bands, and she will wear them stacked and keep them on if we go out. If you ask her any question that sounds fun, such as, “Who wants dessert?” she will yell “ME!!!” every time in the sweetest little voice you have ever heard. She keeps on headbands (and clip-on earrings!) and if she doesn’t have anything in her hair, she will come to me and say, “I want a-bow, Mama!” and pat her head.

When she’s excited, she runs with her elbows out. When she’s tickled, she’ll do a husky chuckle like Anna Kate. Her only flaw is her short fuse when something goes wrong. If she doesn’t like something (mostly food), she will throw it… sometimes she will shock herself. She’s now old enough for time-outs and understands what they mean. Today she threw her food, and after her time-out, she said, “Sorry,” which sounded more like “Sor!” She’s got a sweet disposition and is usually very happy (that sounds funny after that story, but she’s 99% of the time perfect, truly). 

When we put her down for a nap or bedtime, she never fuses and sleeps so good! She is a picky eater like Anna Kate, but when she loves something, she does her little “happy dance” and the whole family joins in. She sings all the time!  Her favorite song is “Bayou Baby” and she really hears the melody.  I think she may be a good singer.  She loves to dance and twirl around too!  She does life full out and doesn’t miss a beat.  She loves to mumble gibberish sentences.  She’s our only baby to do that.  We love carrying on conversations with her in gibberish.  She’ll go high and low with her voice and her inflections are priceless.  She’s so animated!  Her happiness is contagious, and she doesn’t know a stranger. She will hold her arms up/out to anyone that looks nice in public (mostly older ladies), which of course, makes their day brighter, which in turn, makes me so happy because that’s what it’s all about at the end of the day! It’s so much fun getting to know Rose… she makes the world a better place! I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life getting to know her more and more. She’s great!!!

Anna Kate decided she wanted to go for a run with Daddy on Sunday just like sissy did for her race at school.  She told Mike, “I want to run just like Noelle.”  So that’s what they did.  She insisted on wearing sun glasses, which was really cute because she never wears sunglasses.  She’s just as cute and sweet as they come!

I love these pictures!!!  Anna Kate was so excited to be spending quality time with her Daddy… the best Daddy in the world for these beautiful little girls!

We had a great weekend relaxing and recovering from several of us being sick last week.  Rose brought her boots to Mike and asked him to put them on her, and then she proudly walked/ran/strutted around the house in them with her diaper/panties on before we could get her dressed (we have to put something over her diaper or she will take it off, lol).  She was so proud of her new hand-me-down boots!  Noelle and Anna Kate were all smiles too… weekends are the best!!!

She was pretending to be asleep and then laughing with me… she did this over and over… I had so much fun playing with her in this moment!

About one minute after this picture was taken, she was out.  What a sweet, happy baby Rose is!
