Anna Kate got “the big hair cut” yesterday.  Miss Holly met us in Southlake for moral support.  I didn’t know if I was going to be able to go through with it or not!

We’ve been talking about it for a while now, and it fits her personality perfectly.  It’s so Anna Kate!

She knew exactly what was happening and was so still the entire time!  As her hair got shorter and shorter, you could see her excitement building.  She LOVES it!

Holly was SO sweet to take pictures of me with my girls!  Love you friend!

I forgot to take a “before” picture and then I realized I had this one saved from when I was practicing her hair for the wedding… so happy I still had it so that you can see how much she got cut off – about 8 inches!  I was a basket case.  I was videoing the hair cut for Mike, and Holly said she wished she had videoed me instead!  Lol!

Anna Kate is the kindest gentlest soul in the entire world!  Her warm-hearted nature blesses all of us!  I just want to squeeze those chubby cheeks and snuggle her up forever and ever!  Please don’t ever grow up, Anna Kate!

Anna Kate has been waiting all month, and the time is finally here for her to be a “puNkin!”  You can see by her smile how proud she is!

There are only a handful of people I would leave my kids with, much less all 3 of them at once, but Bekah is definitely one of them.  I trust her with my life…

Thanks for giving us a night out to wish our dear friends, Tom and Rosemary Sheives farewell on their move to D.C.  By the way, I don’t know how you took that picture with the 3 of them in your lap all by yourself.  That’s impressive!  I’ve never even done that!  See, I told you guys, this babysitter has some mad skills!

How thoughtful is this?  Poppa brought the girls each a pumpkin just their size to kick off fall a couple of weeks ago.  We have been enjoying our pumpkin line-up so much!

I took these pictures before a play date this week.  Oh how I love these two little rascals!  The only thing that would make these pictures complete is if my biggest baby didn’t grow up on me and go off to school!
