…and we were ready to go!!! We had another amazing 4th of July in Horseshoe Bay! Can’t wait to show you some of the memories we made, but I’m just throwing it out there it may take me a while to get them posted; I’ll do my best. The next two days are going to be busy with house stuff.
Pedicures are a rip off… they are just not my thing. But I’ll admit, it is a fun girly thing to do if you have some where to go show off your toes. So, Noelle and I started the tradition last year that every 4th of July weekend, we’d go get fancy pedicures – stars, stripes, fireworks, all that fun stuff. This year, Anna Kate was old enough to get her first pedicure, and she was so proud!
She’s getting SO big and growing up way too fast!

The girls REALLY wanted feathers in their hair for summer, so I thought, “Why not!?!” Anna Kate wanted blue, and Noelle wanted pink. They add just a touch of color. Noelle calls it her hair accessory! Bekah helped me get my hair cut and take the girls to get their feathers after swimming lessons. Hers is gold (and gorgeous in her red hair), but I didn’t get a good picture of it… Thanks Bekah, we love you!

We had fun hanging out with Stacy, Isabella, and Aiden this week at the Parks…

Rose’s first go around on the carousel… and you know what’s going on in this picture… Bieber fever!
So we’re all ready for bed and the last step is walking Noelle up to bed. I find her, sharing her prized possession (kanky) with Rose and reading her a bedtime story. She is the best biggest sister ever!
I mean, look how happy she makes Rose. Rose is rolling over and smiling and every time she does something special, Noelle always says, “You’re a genius! You’re just a little genius now aren’t you!?!” It’s the sweetest thing.
Night night, sweet girls! Oh, and this is how it usually comes to an end at night. Anna Kate always goes to sleep first. When it’s almost time, she will say, “I’m ready to go night night,” and we tuck her in, Noelle next, and then Rose is usually asleep by the time the big girls routines come to an end.”
