After Rose had a string of baby talk, Noelle said, “Great job, baby.  I like that!”

This is how Noelle’s brain works: Noelle said to me, “Rose was a great name to pick for her!”  “Why’s that?”  “Because she has black hair and that matches red really well.”

At VBS, Noelle’s friend Jasmine asked her, “Why do you always dress up?”  Noelle answered, ‘”Because I want get all fancied up for you guys!”

Mike told Noelle he loved swimming with her and was proud of her for practicing.  She said, “Well, you make a great impression on me!”

Mike got Noelle a tattoo that said, “It’s fun being a girl!”  Noelle said, “It really is fun being a girl!”

The parents are friends, the kids are friends, everyone has someone to talk to – family friends are the best!

Thanks for letting us come over to swim PrinceFam – we had a blast! 

Poppa had a tennis tournament in Ft. Worth last weekend and played with us in between his games.  It was fun having him pop in and out all weekend!  We had a good time!

Bo called Noelle a “diva” while Poppa was pulling her around the pool.  She thought that was a fun new word!

Poppa had to keep it really cold upstairs so his muscles wouldn’t cramp up, so the girls had “sleep overs” with us.  Anna Kate has asked us every night this week if it is time yet for our next sleepover.  Our rule is one night a week, on a pallet on the floor… must be on a weekend.  It’s a great system to have some fun but within healthy boundaries!  And they respect that and really look forward to it as a special treat!

Noelle has worked for over 2 months for the Justin Bieber movie… over 60 full out chores!  Both girls were so giddy and excited!  It’s so funny!  Turns out, I had a $5 off coupon to EntertainMart (oh yeah), and we bought it used for $9.99… so she had over $10 left in her purse.  She was beyond thrilled about her good deal, like squealing and laughing while she was shoveling coins back into her purse!  I’ll tell you what she’s going to do with the rest of her money soon – it’s creative!

We’ve landed on a favorite yogurt place!  Rara and Noelle found it this spring.  Since then, we’ve tried 3 other places, but this one’s the best by far… the name of it is Yogurt Zone.  Now, bear in mind, Noelle wants to work at Purple Berri when she’s a teenager so she can say, “Hi, welcome to Purple Berri… would you like a sample cup?” so don’t tell her future employer!

And, the rest of the story is Poppa won all 3 of his games, and took home the first place prize for his division.  His competition was steep… he was playing guys 20+ years younger than he is.  Crazy!  I thought he would win the first game, maybe the second, doubtful the third, and lo and behold he won the whole thing!  GO POPPA!  Congrats!

Anna Kate has decided she is not quite ready to potty train! I worked so hard with her the week Noelle was in Jacksonville, and we made progress, but she is still not consistent. She was an insanely easy baby, so back then I remember thinking she would probably potty train herself at 18 months because that’s just how easy she was… so I thought.

Anna Kate, you little stinker! We love you! YOU CAN DO IT!

The water shot into her mouth.  But she just laughed, because she’s crazy like that!  I’m surprised she didn’t try it again just for the fun of it!

Noelle’s always trying to get her little sisters to keep their fingers out of their mouths – she’s fighting a battle I’m not willing to right now.  Keep up the good work sister child!

Anna Kate went back into our closet last week and got into Mike’s clothes… oh Anna Kate, you keep us laughing, that’s for sure!

PondFam5!  More and more, I’m feeling our family is complete.  It’s a great feeling!

Cousin Jan sent these gorgeous dresses for the girls! 

Anna Kate apparently thinks she’s 3.  Anytime anyone asks her how old she is, she holds up three fingers and says, “Three!”  They believe her because she talks so much!

Anna Kate is SO funny!!!  She’s tripping us out these days!

Every time I look at her, all that comes to my mind is, “Are you kidding me?” because she is so cute and sweet and wonderful and everything good!

Fall 2011 soccer headed your way!  That’s right.. Noelle is finally ready to give soccer a go!  I’ve begged and begged her to play since she was 2, but she told me the socks weren’t cute and so she didn’t want to play – lol!  There’s no way I was going to fight that battle.  Once she got over that and realized it’s not about the fashion, but the fun, she said she would give it a try.  I really hope she loves it – I loved playing so much!

The Eberts are moving from Japan to England this week, with a vacation to Hawaii in between.  God speed Ebert family, and we hope your move goes well!

Bailey had 6 friends for his 6th birthday party to go on a picnic and watch Cars2!

Of course, our two peas in a pod had a blast being together… and it was extra special hanging out this time because in two weeks, the Christian family is moving to Georgia!
