Our carriage has arrived!

All the little princesses got to go on a white carriage ride… Mrs. Peggy thinks of everything.  She had little treasure boxes for them, free nuggets, coupons, and even read books to the kids… and this ride topped the night off!

We felt so fancy and had a whimsical little ride around the block.

I really wanted to compare them in the same Cinderella dress, but Anna Kate really wanted to wear sissy’s “new” 4T Cinderella dress, so I let her… but you get the picture!  🙂

 

I always tell the girls that I fell in love with their Daddy not only because he would make a great husband, but also because I knew he would be an amazing Dad!  Mike is what makes this family go round, that’s for sure!!!

The girls had so much fun playing with Chloe!  Anna Kate is so cute trying to keep up with the big girls.  She’d say, “Chloe, Noelle, I comin’!”  She is so adorable and sweet!  We did all sorts of activities… our snack was peanut butter cracker faces.  They made happy ones and grouchy ones… they were so creative!

We painted fingernails, put jewels on them and made flowers with rhinestones and stickers… I don’t know how we got it all in!  I was whooped… they were all smiles! 

                   

“Mittens in May, Mom… seriously!?!”  (this is the perfect face for this post)  Rose started sucking the exact two fingers that we are working so hard on getting Anna Kate to stop sucking, so I was like, we are not going to go through this again… we’re stopping it before it gets started!

We tried baby mittens, and she sucked through them because they are made of such thin cotton.  Then we tried baby socks because they wouldn’t be shaped like a hand, but she still sucked them until they were soaking wet.  She won’t take a paci, she absolutely hates them, so that won’t work.  Then I remembered we have some 6-12 mos. fleece mittens in the girls closet upstairs.  So, it was a process finding something that would help, but now she can’t suck.  The only thing is she looks so silly!  Poor baby!  We have to take her clothes off so she won’t be too hot in her “May mittens!”  Bless.her.heart.

The girls and I had so much fun running errands and playing around town on Friday!  Mike even got to meet us for lunch by his office, which was a great start to the weekend!  We went to the movie at the park again Saturday night, and Noelle was in a 1 mile Fun Run before the movie started, but I didn’t get any pictures – I know you’re surprised! She even won a prize for being one of the first kids to finish the race.  We had a great weekend!

 

 

Anna Kate, Rose and I had so much fun running around during one of the last school days of the year!  Thursday we went to the gym, Cotton Patch, pick up sissy from school, and McDonalds.  It was a busy fun spring day!  🙂

We’ve been under the weather and have had several pj days this week!
