This fall Anna Kate and I got to spend a lot of quality time together while Noelle was in school and before Rose arrives. Our favorite outing was by far Chick-fil-A story time with Mrs. Peggy. Our last story time for the year was last week.
Mrs. Peggy had songs, cupcakes, crafts, jingle bells, balloons and stories for all of the children.
We LOVE story time and are so thankful to have such a great Chick-fil-A close to our new home!
Noelle got to have a big girl sleep over with Kay Kay and Grandpapa this weekend. They had all kinds of fun! These are some of her pictures that she drew while she was at their house. Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Noelle, and Ariel. Ariel tripped me out, shells, tail, eyelashes and all! Great job, Noelle!

Sunday afternoon Noelle and I made crumb cake and orange cranberry muffins for everyone to take home for Monday morning breakfast after church Sunday night. We had a blast cooking in the kitchen together… hopefully that’ll happen more and more!
We had so much fun visiting Santa this year!
Noelle has never been totally at ease with Santa until this year. She was certainly on a mission! She wants three things: a charm bracelet, a bath robe, and an American girl doll!

Best – A guy came up to me while I was holding Anna Kate and Noelle was in tow, and said, “Do you know what you’re having?” I said, “It’s a girl!” He said, “3 for 3 – that’s pretty!” I thought that was a cute way of saying that.
Worst – I was shopping in Canton last weekend and a lady out of no where came up and poked my belly. No joke–she literally poked me. I stopped walking and stood there speechless. She walked off with her group and turned around and smiled and waved. I was so confused. How weird is that!?!

This is no joke! We ordered Fireside Pies pizza tonight, and it came with anchovies. I told Noelle I would give her $5.00 if she ate a bite, and lo and behold, she did it! Took a bite, chewed, and swallowed. She’s very timid when it comes to trying new things, so I was totally shocked. She couldn’t wait to show the girls her cash the next morning!
Last week we met our Arkansas friends at the GWL for a night of FUN!
The girls love staying at hotels!

Once the Boyd girls convinced Noelle to try the slides, she couldn’t get enough of them!

We were at Great Wolf Lodge the night of Noelle’s school Christmas program, so I went to their practice to hear the group sing all of the songs Noelle has been singing around the house! They were so cute!
