Last week we spent the first part of the week in San Diego with Mike while he was at a conference and the second part of the week in LA with the Ziemkes.  We traveled as light as we could, but with two little ones, we had quite the gear.  The most amazing travel tool is the Gogo TravelMate that allows the car seats to roll like one big suitcase (Mike rolling them below).  That made everything totally do-able, a must-have!  

These are pics from the return trip home, which went great as well.  The girls looked so cute (smiling or not) and loved the airplane!

This is my favorite pic of Anna Kate so far!!!

I took all of the tutu pictures the day we went to the Dallas Arboretum.  The girls were still having fun in their tutus, but I was worn out!  We were there from 10AM-4PM, and I had to stroll the kids over a mile back to our car at the end of the day.  It was crazy!

Michele tells us the kids get asked to take their picture with people in Japan every time they go off base.  I believe it now!  This sweet girl asked if she could take her picture with our girls.  They felt really special; well Noelle did, anyway!  🙂

Noelle’s reward for letting me take her picture all day was that she got to take mine when I was finished taking hers, and I’m really happy she did.  I never want to forget this fun, exhausting, hot, and inspiring day with my girls from the lens of Noelle!
