Costume Parade!
October 29th, 2010
Noelle had so much fun dressing up for school on Thursday!!!
Noelle was hamming it up at her school parade! She was loving all of the attention!
Noelle kept smiling and waving to everyone ~ this was the perfect activity for her sparkly personality!
This is Noelle’s class! Just between you and me, she has a little crush on the cowboy… his name is William, and he’s a really sweet friend. They have such a great class and even though they only have four girls, it works out perfectly. They get to go to the “cafe” for lunch every day (it’s like a little Starbucks), and the four girls sit together at a round table. The first day, she told us that no one was talking at lunch, so she asked, “What does everyone want to say?” The cafe and her friends are Noelle’s favorite part about school, of course! :)
Yay, here’s to a winning smile for Noelle in her “Barbie” costume!
Fun Fall Memories!
October 28th, 2010
Clarissa and Grandpa Jim were in town over the weekend hanging out at TCU and going to a Cowboys game. On Sunday, the Prince girls went with us to the pumpkin patch. I thought we’d show them some Texas fall festivities!
Bekah and Noelley!
Anna Kate saying “No!” to a kiss… little pill! Cute pill though! And cute Toria!
Grandpa Jim enjoying the smell of fresh corn with his granddaughter! And of course, chatting away on his cell! :) Gotcha!
Clarissa and Victoria living the country life!
I still can’t believe both of these girls can drive!
Corn maze competition!!!
Mike, Bekah, and Anna Kate pulled out a 2 minute win over Victoria, Clarissa, and Noelle!
What a fun night!!!
Happy Birthday, Dylan!
October 26th, 2010
On the way to the party, the girls got to walk with their neighbor, Julia. This is them saying hello!
Princesses looking for worms!
This costume is so sentimental for me!!!
It seems like I got more pictures on the way to the party than I did at the party, but you Moms know how parties go… the kids run around like crazy!
Hopefully we’ll get another chance to take a picture of Malia and Anna Kate!
Happy birthday, Dylan!
Ethan’s skeleton costume scared Anna Kate! 🙂
Our Animal Lover!
October 25th, 2010
Noelle has loved animals all of her life… here’s a little look back!
The first time she touched a sheep it took a little getting used to. I love that her face looks so similar in the first and third pictures.
Yes, she is licking the goat ear in the second picture!
And literally put the rooster’s beak in her mouth! I guess she survived! :)
And loved on the rabbits!
Noelle had an assignment last week in Awanas to draw how she’s grown, because they are talking about how Jesus grew in wisdom… she did a great job!
I was pregnant at the Arboretum with Anna Kate this year (2008)!
I’m so much bigger this go around! 🙂
This is one of my favorite pictures of Noelle, and since I ran across it looking up Arboretum pictures, I had to share again!
Day at the Arboretum!
October 23rd, 2010
The Zillmans and I took the girls to the Arboretum on Monday, and we had a blast!
Susie and I taking a Mommy pic by the pumpkins stands and sweet potato vines!
This is the only picture I got of Anna Kate and Malia… they were so fast!
It took Anna Kate some warming up, but she loved the petting zoo!
Love that little tongue that comes out when Anna Kate is concentrating!
You girls melt our hearts!
“Get me out of here!”
Noelle’s reward for letting me take her picture was to take mine as well. I was just going to delete them when we got home, but when I saw them, I was thankful to have some pictures of me and the baby!
The very last thing we did was play in the frog fountains. Noelle did not want to leave. On our way out, she asked, “Do they have any more activities for us?”
Mission accomplished on a great day!
Autumn Paradise!
October 21st, 2010
Last weekend we went to the best pumpkin patch ever with our friends, the Sheffields! The breeze, the smells (hay and kettle corn), the night lights, the happiest kids on earth… it was a little piece of fall heaven!
When we first got there, we had a family picnic to start out the night!
Noelle and Zane remember coming here two years ago! Their little brains are amazing! This is the second time in Noelley’s life she agreed to wear blue jeans. Aren’t they cute? When she and Zane were riding in the wagon, Zane needed a blanket because his legs were cold. She said to him, “That’s why you should’ve worn blue jeans, Zane!” Too funny!
They have so many activities for the kids, including this hay maze. Behind that, they have a corn maze. All of the teenagers were lined up for that!
I thought this was a cute Daddy/daughter photo-op. I guess it was in its own way! 🙂
Riding tractors of many kinds!
Aren’t they cute!?!
Man, Anna Kate, you look so much like me and your Aunt Michele!
They even have a little farm for the kids to pet goats, rabbits, and watch cranky roosters!
Walking under the lights made me want to sing, “I LOVE FALL!” It was the most festive night of the year so far! Can you tell we had a blast?
Sweet little friends!
To end the night, we took a family hayride topped off with yummy kettle corn. The hayride takes you out into their farm land where they shine a flashlight out into the fields for the kids to spot animals, spider webs, blow-ups and all sorts of cool stuff!
When you play with girls…
October 20th, 2010
They will dress you up! Dylan had so much fun playing dress-up with Noelle… sweet boy!
He really got into putting spells on Noelle with the Cinderella wand. He kept turning her into a frog, and she was eating up all of the attention. His birthday is this weekend and all Noelle wanted to get him was “boy” dress-up clothes. She fell in love with the slice of pizza costume at Old Navy, so that’s what we have so far!
