I never want to forget the summer we built our house… the sweaty nights full of to-do lists, hugs and kisses, dancing, and freshly cut wood.  These are the days!

Can you say rock star?  Noelle’s got it goin’ on – she’s so fun!

I will treasure this picture forever.  We love Smiley SO much!  She’s the cutest little baby, and I’m constantly kissing her adorable cheeks!

 

Noelle is saying "Fish" in this picture.  She just caught a foam fish from her tub.

Noelle is constantly making up games and entertaining herself.  She is so creative!  She got a piece of clipped wire of the ground (nothing’s live in the house yet, of course) to use as her fishing pole, filled her tub with leftover foam that was lying around the house, and went fishing.  There is a little water in the tub, and she was having a blast!

Daddy, Anna Kate, and Noelle peeking into their Jack and Jill bathroom from their Jack and Jill closet… O yes!  The girls have a 14 foot long Jack and Jill closet – a mother’s dream!  We built the closet in such a way that we can separate each side with a bead curtain when they are teenagers if we need to (or add a wall, but I’m suggesting the bead thing).  This is definitely one of my favorite rooms in the house because I’ll finally get organized between sizes!  They are both growing too fast to keep track of it all!

I just had to post this pic because I love Anna Kate’s cute toes on my leg.  Both of the girls are such a dream come true – we are so in love!

Hopefully the last insanely stressful house phase.

We go out to the house at least once a day and have a ball looking around, working, planning, and dreaming.  Noelle loves going up to her room.  Anna Kate is as happy as a lark as long as she’s got a breeze!  Insulation starts tomorrow and brick started today.  We’ve had our fair share of issues and dilemmas, but all in all, it’s going great!
