Good Competition, Good Cause!
November 2nd, 2008
Mike’s company had a food drive competition between departments for a local food bank last week. The rules were whichever department brought the most items per person/per department won. Mike and I schemed up a really sneaky plan all week long. Marketing was the department to beat! Just for competition’s sake, we got the cheapest cost per items we could find that we would still want to eat at home. On the top of the list were peanut butter crackers, Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberries, and we couldn’t resist Ramen. To make a long story even longer, we brought all of our items up on Friday (the last day, within 2 hours of the deadline), and totally surprised everyone and… the IT department took home the prize!!!
CONGRATULATIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY!!!
