We had such a great holiday with our families! We had fun taking pictures, as always! Here is a slideshow of our week.

Melissa’s sister, Michele, and her husband, Andy, are proud to announce the birth of baby Drew tonight. He is 9 pounds 7 ounces and has a head full of black hair! Please pray for Michele to get a good night’s rest and have a speedy recovery! Thank you for sharing in our joy… we are so excited!!!

Noelle, as your mother and father, we are committed to you. We treasure you. We breathe you. We adore you. We went out to support the grand opening of Arlington Resale last night! Noelle was all dolled up to see all of Mommy’s friends from the pregnancy center where she is a substitute counselor.

Brother John came over last night to see Mom while she was in town and eat his first meal with us being back in Dallas! John, we loved your guitar pickin’ and singin’ – thanks for the title of this post!
I wanted a picture of us hanging our ‘NOEL’ ornament for the first time, but Mike just wanted to make fun! I guess I am a little cheesy every now and then, oh well!!!
Michele gave us a new Christmas tradition: The Pickle Ornament! How it works is someone (Mom this year) hides the pickle ornament in the tree. Whoever finds it, wins! We decided to wait until Dec. 1 to start looking for the pickle… we are going to keep rehiding it until Christmas.
